I am a somatic-focused therapist, who calls upon EMDR, parts work, compassionate inquiry, yoga, nature-based approaches, arts/creativity, and mindfulness to support individuals on their wellness journey. I enjoy working with adults, including academics and professionals, veterans and military families, and first responders. My areas of special interest include:

My Philosophy
Many of us carry our pain like a secret to be hidden. We often blame ourselves and feel ashamed of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, of our inability to “bounce back” or experience joy. And, so, we devise – consciously or otherwise – various ways of coping, from overwork and perfectionism to denial and social withdrawal. Yet, we remain stuck in the past, reenacting (and reinforcing) old thoughts and behaviors that no longer serve us well.
With compassion and curiosity, I strive to create spaces through which clients are accompanied in unburdening their pain, (re)discovering their ability to heal, and realizing their potential to live an embodied life, remain present, stay connected to others, and navigate the ups and downs of life with greater confidence.
