Individual Weekly & Biweekly Therapy Sessions

Consistent, Supportive Care for Sustainable Growth

While we do offer specialized intensives for accelerated processing, many emotional blocks and life transitions require a more spacious, ongoing rhythm. Traditional individual therapy—meeting on a consistent weekly or biweekly basis—provides a steady, predictable sanctuary to unpack your week-to-week experiences, integrate behavioral shifts, and steadily rewire long-standing relational and emotional patterns.  Whether these sessions are traditional 50 minute sessions or longer 75 or 90 minute sessions to give a little more space for trauma processing, we will work to find the exact pacing and schedule that works for you.

Our team provides a safe, highly collaborative environment tailored entirely to your personal goals. If you are navigating a major life change, recovering from a traumatic season, managing chronic anxiety, or simply seeking deeper self-understanding, our ongoing sessions give your system the steady support it needs to build sustainable, authentic healing over time.

Our Ongoing Therapy Modalities

Rather than relying on passive advice or general talk therapy, our therapists weave advanced, evidence-based frameworks into your regular weekly or biweekly sessions, helping you make steady, observable progress towards your goals.

  • EMDR Trauma Processing: We utilize weekly Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to target, desensitize, and clear out the roots of past distressing events, phobias, or long-standing emotional blocks at a steady, manageable pace

  • Somatic Grounding & Processing: We help you track where stress and emotional overwhelm reside physically in your body, allowing your nervous system to release trapped tension and build safety.

  • Cognitive & Dialectical Behavioral Tools (CBT/DBT): We equip you with immediate, actionable coping skills and mindfulness practices to help you self-regulate distressing emotions and interrupt negative thought loops outside of sessions.

  • IFS-Informed Parts Work: We explore the diverse internal "parts" of your system—understanding your hard-working inner protectors, perfectionists, or critics—to bring your internal system back into a state of balance and harmony.
