We are an actual, physical, small business trauma therapy practice operating in Athens, GA! So many large conglomorate practices advertise online in an attempt to serve Athens, but our practice is really physically located in Athens.

We specialize in targeted therapy using EMDR, IFS and other parts work, ERP, and somatic therapy to help move symptoms that feel stuck or that need more than just talk therapy. Using specialized techniques, we can target somatic sensations with EMDR or other modalities to release stuckness in the nervous system or the body and to allow the nervous system to return to a calm, regulated state.
